If you're not from the UK - Follow these steps:
Go to a UK proxy like:
ccgi.goochy.plus.com OR webypass.info/ OR proxay.co.uk/
Paste the link into the blank box of the proxysite
stardoll.com
Click Go or just hit Enter on your keyboard
Log into Stardoll
Wait till stardoll page loads.
You can now Leave the proxy and Go to Stardoll as usual.
You should find the bow in a Brave bag in your suite
